    1. Eligibility: The Frostline® Frozen Treats Trivia Event (the “Campaign”) is open only to employees and principles of foodservice operators in the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees of The Kent Precision Food Group, Inc (“Sponsor”) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the “Employees”) and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. Only one (1) entry is allowed per person. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

    2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, each participant (“You”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

    3. Campaign Period: The Campaign entry period begins on November 5th, 2019 at 6:00 am CST and ends November 7th, 2019 at 10:00 am CST.

    4. How to Enter: Visit The Frostline® Frozen Treats Trivia Event online at www.nrntrivia.kpfgcashback.com. Each participant must provide their full name, company name and e-mail address in order to access the trivia questions. Participants that answer three (3) questions correctly will instantly be awarded an entry into the grand prize drawing that will be held on November 8th, 2019 at 8:00 am CST. Immediately upon accessing the trivia questions, participants will have 45 seconds to submit their answers for all three (3) trivia questions. Failure to submit their answers to all three (3) questions within the allotted 45 second time period will disqualify the participant from entering The Frostline® Frozen Treats Trivia Event

    5. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION, PRIZES: The grand prize is one (1) $100 Virtual Mastercard Card. The winner of the grand prize will receive their $100 virtual MasterCard on or before November 15th, 2019 at 8:00 am CST. The participants odds of winning the grand prize is one (1) in however many participants are awarded an entry into the grand prize drawing. For example, if 50 participants qualify for the grand prize drawing, the participant has a one (1) in 50 chance to win the grand prize. Immediately following the submission of the trivia questions participants will be notified of their winning status. A confirmation message will also be sent to the e-mail address provided by the participant. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or the participant has not complied with these Official Rules, such potential grand prize winner will be disqualified.

    6. Terms & Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign, the website hosting the Campaign or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Campaign, to void an Entry for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by these Official Rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should any such attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    7. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) your participation in the Campaign and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Campaign; and (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Campaign or the processing of Entries.

    8. Disputes: THIS Campaign IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF IOWA WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, You agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the state of Iowa having jurisdiction of such matter. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and You hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees. You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

    9. By submitting the trivia questions, You agree that you have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
